The figures illustrate location of several industrial sites in Norbiton town and its reconstruction plan. It is noticeable that building a bridge, turning factories to housing areas and adding some public buildings to provide different services are the main feature of this development.
In the south side of the river, factory buildings will be repurposed and some relocated to housing buildings, school, medical center and shops. School location will be east of the area, and the medical center and shops will be located near the go-around in the center of the map. Moreover, a playground is going to be placed between the school and the go-around location. A smaller go-around will be added to road located in south of the main one.
In the north of the river where farmland is located, a housing area will be added and a bridge is constructed on it to achieve easy access across the river. Also, the it will be connected through a road to the other locations of the area.
