Overall, The future Norbiton industrial area has so many facilities like : medical centre, Bridge, shops and so on.
In present, The river passing between farmland and industrial area, this is diving connection between industrial area and farmland. Furthermore, more there are only two raods in the area, remaining all are empty but so far long at west side on town is there and in Southside passing the road one factory is there in present
In future plan, there are a lot of changes in the area, the main advantage that i found is they have planned to build a bridge to make a connection between these lands and few new roads in present area. In addition they have an idea to build shops in Westside beside to big cricle and medical centre at south. Furthermore, the school is east side and at right from school there is a playground, at last they altered they factory into housing.
In summary, I find very sold development plan from norbiton industrial area, this blueprint definitely enhance the area
