The maps displayed tell us how far Brighton educational establishment has grown over the years from 1970 to 2010. The former college has now upgraded to become an institution upon the same area of land.
Brighton college used to have 5 seperate rooms for different facilities offered namely, the Delapore Library as the information hub at the northwest corner, the University Centre for all major announcements and events at the northeast, Science Hall for the practical studies at southeast and Hall of Medicine and Dormintory at the southwest.
Brighton University on the other hand, has halved the University Centre to fit in Dormitory along the same space, thereby shifting it from it’s previous location and has completely replaced the Hall of Medicine with a Coffee Shop and established the Granger School of Business on the same area.
Notably, the size of Dormitory has increased slightly whereas Science Hall has decreased in space a bit.
