Overall, it is clear that there will be a dramatic change in the structure of Islip town center, particularly in the development of residential, transport and commercial areas. It is also worth noting that the buildings of the school and park will remain more or less unchanged.

Initially, now, Islip town center is much simpler. Looking at the center of the map, there is a housing with no facilities. To the top of the map there is a countryside, under it, there is main road between shops. When it comes to the southern part of the former map there is an another housing, also there are school and park on both sides.

In terms of changes, the city appears more developed. New facilities will be constructed, including new housing,shopping center, car park and bus station in the north, near main road will change only for pedestrians. Moreover center of the map there will be some shops, under it there will be new residences, near will be still-existing park. Around the town, dual carriageway will be constructed.
