The given maps illustrate how the centre of a particular small town called lslip is excepted to alter in the future.

It is obvious that this town will change a lot. To be more specific, the previously main road, running from east to west, will be transformed into a pedestrains only street. Besides, the two branch roads, connecting the main road with school and park, are replaced by an additional circular dual carriageway, which will be constructed around the town centre. At the same time, the size of park and school will be reduced because of the new carriageway. In contrast, the size of housing will not change, but new housing is planned to built to the left-hand of the park.

Turning to the place along the current main road, shops at south of it will be there without any change. However, shops, situated at North of the main road, will be converted into bus staion, shopping centre, car park, and new housing.

Overall, it is apparent that this town will become much more crowded and modernized than nowadays, with more housing and infrastructure.
