The two maps illustrate the mjor changes in Riverside town in the years 1970 and 2019. Generally, the town became more comfortable due to a new features like golf course, housing and airport. Notably, central business center became larger than older one.
In 1970, there were three buildings in the riverside town. Northern east part of town was almost empty with an undeveloped land. Southern side of the town had a recreation area and a central business district near the river was in the middle of the town. Residential housing area was located in the western side of the town.
Fast forward to 2010, the town experienced a major transformation, with two facilities remaining unchanged – residential housing and recreation area. Undeveloped land was taken down to make a way for two buildings called luxury residential housing area and Airport. Central business district was extended and was surrounded by high speed rail link in the middle of the town. The golf course was built in the southeast. The final building such as residential housing area was erected just above the central business in the northern West
