The two diagrams illustrate changes which are predicted to be made to the housing estate, after the planned reconstruction.
Overall, it is evident that most facilities will be transformed, except for the main road and the trees. The town will also undergo many processes involving expansion, reconstruction, construction, but not in terms of relocation and reduction.
On the one hand, expansion and destruction are expected to be observed in the housing area during the redevelopment. While the private road in the north will be significantly extended to the center; four-bedroom houses, which stay in every part of the town, are fully replaced by one, two, three- bedroom houses.
On the other hand, the remaining parts of the town will be built, whereas others will still exist. Regarding construction, a parking lot on the southern side and a green space which is going to be on the opposite side are forecast to be built. Similarly, there is a projection on opening a new lake facing a tennis court, which will be located alongside the private road. In the middle of the town will be a new oval flower garden in contrast to the unchanged main road in the north and the trees in the whole area.
