The maps illustrate several modifications in the seaside resort of Templeton over two different periods: 2000 and 2013. Overall, it can be observed that Templeton experienced numerous changes in the number of green spaces and the variety of services available, such as airlines and factories. Additionally, there were significant changes in the facilities of the seaside resort.
Looking at the maps in more detail, the houses located at the top of the map, near the lake, were transformed into blocks of flats over the subsequent 13 years. Trees and green spaces in some areas were also removed to make room for new houses and services. Furthermore, accommodations located beside the sea and next to the river were replaced by flats, while new supermarkets emerged in those locations, along with some houses across from the bridge.
Turning to the remaining features of the resort, opposite the housing areas, a variety of services were introduced. The school and hospital remained unchanged, while nearby houses were built more densely. Additionally, a modern airport was situated beside the school, and a new factory was established next to the railway station, which saw its railways expanded across the river. By 2013, a ferry station was established on the sea, located opposite the railway station.
