The two maps give information about how the seaside resort of Templeton changed from 2000 to 2013.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that Templeton underwent significant urbanization and development, with the expansion of infrastructure and facilities, as well as the construction of commercial buildings and transport networks.
In 2000, there was much greener residental area with a large number of trees and individual houses. However, in 2013, the most noticeable change in this areas is witnessed in the east of river. All of the trees were cut down and replaced by a new airport and a factory. Moreover, some houses sprang up around the hospital. A car ferry replacing the houses was built in the southeast, with the expansion of the railway tracks along the coast go to the western area of the resort.
On the other side of the river, the western, the houses nearly the sea were knocked down to make way for a row block of flats and supermarket. Also, the middle of the resort green space was constructed four houses to accommodate for tourists. Around the lake in the northwest, some blocks of flats were built replacing the houses.
