The two blueprints below illustrate the changes that will have taken place in the Biology School of a university. Overall, it is clear that the faculty will have undergone significant changes in the future.
The most noticeable change is that the trees in the green areas on the north and southwest side will have been cut down to make a way for the construction of new buildings. On the north side, a new laboratory and an office will be constructed, so that the students can have a better experienced in studying. Additionally, in order to provide better service to the staff and the lecturers, a new staff-only parking area will be built on the bottom left corner.
Moreover, to accommodate more students, the teaching building and the lecture room on the southern part of the campus will be developed and expanded. As a result, the IT centre will be replaced to the southeastern part, along with an expansion in the size of this building. Furthermore, the drama centre will be transformed into a music centre, providing a space for music performances and practice for the students.
In addition, the central library, cafe, and the indoor sports hall remain unchanged.
