The layout gives data on Maritza in the year 1984 and 2014.Overall,over the period,the area witnessed dramatic changes and saw spectacular redevelopments considerably.The area became more urbanized,educational,residential area,furthermore there is improvement of infrastructure.

In 1984,there was presence of woodland which was later chopped off to allow for establishment of skyscrapers and construction of hospital and a library.The area developed substantially and the parking area experienced a dramatic change since it increase in size.The school and the park however did not change its original position ,it remained dominant.

However,the houses in the year 1984 was supplanted with apartment and bicycle park as evidenced from the map.Notably,many residents shifted to urban area.The city is industrialized due to presence of factories.They also did there shopping at the malls while others at the shop.They also had recreational activities for instance cycling.Most of the students went to school and pass by the library to do more of there research.
