At present, the avenue may offer few facilities. There are two car parks in both corners in the North-east and North-west. There is only one Cinema in the middle of the parks, clearly in the North of the avenue. Furthermore, there are Library and Shopping center in the South-east of the place and the only exhibition is placed at the bottom-left. Besides that, there are council office and town hall and both of these buildings are in the south of the avenue. Generally, the avenue is located in middle of the High street and Smith street.
In the future, the avenue will witness a dramatic changes. First of all, the car parks in the North-east and North-west will be replaced by Hotel & Restaurant and Café respectively. Instead of library in the bottom corner, the exhibition will be built in the upcoming years. In addition, there will be underground car park for town hall and the council office will be relocated in the place of exhibition in the South-west. Additionally, there will be underground library between town hall and council office. Finally, the cinema and shopping center will be remained unchanged.
