Overall, the place witnessed a dramatic transformation over the period shown becoming noticeably less green and more modern due to the construction of the Frenton Street.
In 1990, the nature of the area was simpler, processing only a few constructions, the north-west side of the area was occupied by school, bank, playing fields with trees and hospital, just to the westsouth of this place could be seen library and trees. Café and party could be found immediately on the right hand side of the high Street, while the houses were located opposite.The east-south side of layout was featured by the presence of the theatre and shops.
By 2012, the layout had experienced extensive developments. One of the noticeable changes was the houses enlarged and replaced as flats in locations. Another change was that relocating the former playing fields with trees to blocks of flats, bank to restaurant in the northern west of the area, trees to technopark in the southwest, Café and Park to the hotels and golf course, theatre to cinema, shops to supermarket in the eastern south side. The last change was at the hospital saw just a rise in size.
