Overall, the maps depict the modernized city of Nelson with significant changes over the past years. It is apparent that the city has undergone numerous changes

Compared to the present Nelson city, the accomodations are more thorough. Previously, Nelson didnt provide tramline from the university to the city centre that includes bikerental. Apart from that, Nelson now has launch a new train station near the university and city centre. In addition, Nelson introduce new covered market near the city centre and renovated the old market to a new shop. Furthermore, Nelson commence pedestrian path path particularly for the pedestrians. Nelson used to not have any other accomodations near the port, but recently Nelson has added a restaurant, bars, and club by the port.
