The map below shows a differentiation of the same town centre in different timelines, in 1990s and how it remains today. As it shown, theres a quite a lot of things changed in city centre, some things still remains working, while some is changed it location and architecture. Here’s some examples.
Firstly, houses on Green Street reconstructed onto apartment blocks, which is showing us the development of architecture. In adittion there’s pedestrian, and possibly traffic jams, which is making urban life safer, convinient for town center inhabitants and which we can not see in 1990s.
Secondly, shops in Smith Street all allied and become a shopping mall, and where is possibly opened more stores, demonstrating us that populations is increased. Cafe replaced the second bank in Cidtheld Street.
Finally, the districts that still remains today is Park, Library, Town Hall and Childcare Center. Some of this considered this city center landmarks and stayed still, they may be have some renovation. In conclusion the town center had an advantaging changes, but not really significant ones.
