Overall, there will be some major changes like the demolishing of the golf course, fitness centre, and park. Also, the place where some buildings or areas were demolished will be used to make the parking and shopping centre much bigger. Moreover, many stores are going to be changed into other ones. However, only restroom and the supermarket will stay the same even after the development.
Turning back to the details, at present in the north-eastern corner of the map we can see the quite huge golf course. Slightly lower, there is a park with two trees. Opposite the entrance, there is a small car park and fitness centre. Further up, we can see the shopping mall, which comprises the play area, noodle shop, cinemas, cafe, and department store.
A number of changes are planned in the eastern part of the map. For instance, the trees will be cut down in the park and golf course. Also, these places will be transformed into an extension of the mall and parking. In addition, the previous shops will be given way to new stores and facilities. Another change that was planned is an second entrance, which leads to the department store.
