There is a comparison between two maps, coastal town where known as Pentland went under number of constructions in 1950 and 2007.
Overall, during the 57 years coastal town became more habitable place to people.
Starting with first image, in 1950 coastal town had roads which separates the town in four dimension. In the east side of road had a car park, industrial area was situated opposite of the parking lot. Furthermore, each side of the roads covered with grassland. In the north part of townplaced sea.
Moving on with second picture, Pentland became more social and habitable place for people. Noticeably from the map, the sea turned into yacht marina on the west side of the yacht marina situated park, including apartments which are on the east side. Town displaced the grasslands into the swimming pool, multi-story car park on the north-west part of the road, cinema in the south-west side, houses in the south- east of the road. Finally, many shops which placed are in front of the houses. Coastal town which called Pentland transformed into the new town in 2007.
