Overall, it is observed that Bell Hill farm had completely changed and became an Environmental Centre over a period of thirty years.

In 1976, there was storage on the north west, where farm equipment was kept. On the eastern side of the farm, cow sheds and chickens were placed. Moreover, there was a farmyard situated in the centre, while the barn was located at the north and the farmhouse at the south. The roads were located on the west.

By 2006, there was a major transformation in the expansion of the area. Storage on the north west was replaced by a parking lot, while the cow sheds and the poultry area on the east were converted into student housing. The farmyard in the central area was transformed into a recreational area, while the barn in the north was replaced by a multimedia room. However, the farmhouse in the south and the western roads remained unchanged.
