Overall, there has been changes in mobile phones use in men, women and both sexes. Significantly the trend of all the categories have a very similar trend with a rise within these 7 years.
Between 1996 and 1998, the trend of both women and men using phones moderately rose with around 1500 to 1600 people. Then there was a fluctuation of the population of men in between 1998 to 2000. Similar to men, the population of women also fluctuated in 1999 to 2001. The trend of both men and women climbing back up again with the peak within the 7 years.
In terms of both sexes, the trend of people in Brazil was mostly a rise, but there was a moderate fall in 2000. The trend climbed back up at the end of 2002 with 3700 people using the mobile phone.
