Dear Chris’s parents,

Long time no see! I am writing to congradute you on Chris’ birthday and express my apologize, as I wouldn’t be able to attend the ceremony. Do not warry, I will explain all the details.

At first, I am tottaly sure that Chris will be over the moon with this party, becuse he has told me that he was dreaming of it for a while. However, I will not be able to travel to Australia, because my work refuse my request to take a two days off.

So, my promise to you that I will see Chris at a different time. As a matter of fact, I will wait tell my annual vication to be issued after two month from now, and then I will travel at the same day. To be accurate, It will be 5th May this year.

I wish you all luck, and I am looking forward to see you soon.
