The diagram gives detailed information about the process in which tomato ketchup is made. Overall, it is clear that there are 15 distnict stages in the production of tomato ketchup, starting with picking tomatoes and ending serving it with hamburger and fries.
Looking at the details, the process begins when tomatoes are picked and put in basket and then they are sorted into good and bad quality tomatoes. After sorting tomatoes, they are sent to the factory which produce tomato ketchup. Having been sent to the factory, the tomatoes stalk, seeds and skin are removed and then they are packed to special container to crush them. Following that, sugar, vinegar and salt are are added to this crushed tomatoes liquid in this container. Once spices are added, it is left to boil for 2 hours.
The 10th stage starts with pouring tomato ketchup liquid to the specific bottles. After that, the labels are clued to the bottles and then controllers are checked their quality. Then, prepared ketchups are packed to the box. Before the final stage where ketchups are served with foods, they are delivired by means of lorry to the supermartkes which they are sold.
