First,ripe tomatoes are picked and placed into baskets by farmers. After that, the tomatoes are sorted , and any poor quality ones are removed while the good tomatoes are selected for further processing. The selected tomatoes are transported to a factory by truck.
At the factory, the stalks, seeds, and skin are removed from the tomatoes before they are placed into a container and crushed. Next, suger, vinager, and salt are added to the mixture. The liquid is then bolied and left to stand for about two hours in oder to thicken.
Following this, the ketchup is poured into bottles. The bottles are labelled and udergo quality control checks to ensure that the product meets the required standards. Finally, the ketchup bottles are packed tnto boxes , delivered to supermarkets, and consumed with foods such as humburgers and fries.
