The process consists of 15 stages, starting with picking and ending with transport to supermarkets and serving fries or hamburgers.
In the first stage,tomatoes are picked and put in basket by the farmer, after being sorted into good and bad ones, the good tomatoes are then sent to a ketchup factory.When the tomatoes have been delivered,their skin,seeds and stalk are then removed. At this point, the clear tomatoes are put and crushed in a container,and then they are added sugar, vinegar and salt, which gives them extra flavour. In the next stage, the mixture are boiled and then left for two hours to stood. Once the liquid has been cool downed, and then fills to a ketchup bottle and labelled. After being underwent a quality control, the bottles are then packed into boxes. The boxes of ketchup product are delivered to supermarkets, where costumers buy and eat with hamburgers and fries.
