The maps illustrate how the university sports centre has been transformed from 2007 to the present day.
Overall, the university sports centre has undergone significant changes, the most important of which are the addition of modern amenities, the replacement of the entire temporary teaching hut, and the expansion of teaching facilities. Notably, a running track and a squash court have been erected to serve a variety of sports demands.
Regarding the northern part of the map, the football pitch, which occupied the northernmost section of the centre in 2007, remains in its original location but has been upgraded from a grass surface to an all-weather pitch. Moreover, a running track is constructed, running parallel to the football pitch. In the middle of the sports centre, there used to be the swimming pool associated with the tennis court below its pool in 2007. However, a squash court is established in the former space of the tennis court, and the swimming pool stays in the same position. The teaching facilities, which accommodated only 20 seats, have been expanded southwards, providing extra space for an increased demand of 47 people.
Moving on to the southern section of its centre, three temporary teaching huts positioned in the southeast corner have been demolished to make way for the complex of teaching lines. Now, the complexes in the southern boundary of the centre feature several additions, including a first aid, a clinic, a lab, and a 2 storeyed teaching facilities, which were non-existent in the earlier layout.
