The presented pie charts compare the data on sales of online shopping for retail sectors in New Zealand between 2003 and 2013.
Overall, it is obvious that sales for travel headed the list in both years, whereas in 2003 films and music was the sector in which the lowest average percentages were revealed. Another interesting point is that clothes were the last on the list in 2013.
In the case of travel, the sales for this sector made up 36% in 2003, this was 7% higher than in 2013. Ranked in the second place was clothes. This figure in 2013 was nowhere near as high as in 2003, accounting for 24% and 16% accordingly.
Turning to the entertainment sector namely film, music and books, the proportion for these sectors constituted 21% and 19% respectively. When it comes to 2013, these sectors grew to a third and around a fifth in turn.
