Looking at the charts more closely, one can see that while the proportion of coffee produced in South America was predominant, at 44%. This was 22 times as much as the rate of coffee manufactured in Oceania, which was the lowest, at 2%. Meanwhile, Africa followed South America as the second largest percentage, at 19%, followed by 18% and 17% of Asia and Central America, correspondingly. Regarding consumption, Central America was the place consumed primary, accounting for 55%. This was approximately 2 times as much as Asia, at 27%, 5 times higher than South America, and nearly 8 times higher than Japan, where credited consuming coffee was the lowest, at 7%.
Finally, the profit rate of coffee contributed to shipper was the highest, at 55%, while explorer received the lowest profit percentage from coffee, at 7%. Additionally, the profit from coffee contributed to seller was the second highest rate, accounting for 27%, followed by 11% for producer.
