In this period of modernity few people opine that having a fixed retairement age for all employees regardless of their job is not good. The reason behind their thought is some professionals deserve early retairement and they were eligible for pensions. In my perspective I agree with the above notion and the reason behind this notion will be discussed in the further paragraphs.

Supporting my agreement with the above notion, I firmly beleave that some employees such as, defence personsons, health workers and the persons who working at hazarduous enviorment needs early retairment and also retairment benefits. The reason behind the notion is some of these professionals might be healthwise weak due to their long term of service at difficult situations and atmosphere. For instance, a defence person must accompany with their troups in different terrine wether it is desert or mountain. Eventually the become tired and their mind and body might need rest. So the authorities must consider them for voluntiry retairement and must allow pensions for their valuable service.

Explaning some of another supporting point in favour of this statement the fixed retairement age might reduce the chances of young people in these professsions. Early retairment of professionals create more vaccancies at that post. So it is beneficial for young people moreover it will reduce the unemployment. For example A survey conducted by British Daily, found that in 2022 30% of the army officers applied for voluntiry retairement due to continues work during the time of corona pandemic. These vaccancies will create more oppertunities for youngsters.

In conclusion some people opine that setting a fixed age for retairment is not a desirable proceeding for all. they beleive some people deserve early retairement because thay need rest due to long service period such as persons working in defence and hazarduous environment. Additionally it will create more employment. i believed that aforementioned point are strongly supporting my view point.
