The pie chart below shows that the native language speaking student at Bakersfield college two years comparison. It can shows that the English is the universal language.

In 1980, More half of the students spoke English language. The second language was Urdu which is about fifteen percent. The third language was Chinese around less than 10 percent student spoke this language. Leftover, 6 percent spoke others languages.

Among the other hand, A decade after the English language gradually decreased. About less 60 percent can spoke this language. But the Urdu language rise and about 28 percent can spoke this language. The Chinese language can also grew with the Urdu language at Bakerfield College and students who spoke this language was 11 percent which rose during a decade. But against this rise and fall trend the other language spoke students remained the same as the last decade. The students remained at 6 percent.
