The table illustrates an information on the size of carbohydrates, protein and fat in three different diets.
In all three diets carbohydrates is included in large proportion. Compared to average diet the rest has relatively small amount of protein in it. Lastly, healthy diet and average diet has similar value in fat.
Average diet has 40% of carbohydrates, while healthy diet and healthy diet for sport varies from 50 to 60 percent. Therefore, indicating that average diet has less contents for carbohydrates compared to the healthy ones. However, when discussing protien, the average diet has more proportion against the rest at 40 percent. While healthy diet and healthy diet for sport is only 25 and 30 percent. Suprisingly both healthy diet and average diet contains the exact same amount of proportion in fat at 20 percent.
Overall healthy diets contain less protein compared to average and normal diet. Therefore, carbohydrates is consumed way more in healthy diets for energy reasons during extreme workout or life.
