Overall, in the past time adults had to spend their free time to social relationships, although,exactly for sleeping. However, from the time passed many years, when workers conducted their time for working than living in social relationships.
In 1958 people worked not much than today, and they spend 79% of their time to going out with friends or family. Furthermore, working also presented to their life, it is was only 33% in this year. Moreover, a lot of adults likes to sleep, so 32% workers liked to be in deep sleep than just relaxing at home that took only 8%. That not that less than travelling to work which took 2%.
On the other hand, in 2008 the percentage on activities noticeable increased and decreased. Working time went up to 42%, and workers spending their time to sleep only 25%. Travelling to work were not changed at many percent, it is went up to 7%,as much going out with friends and family. In addition, they added another activity, they spended 7% of their time for playing sports
