The given pie charts illustrate the time undergraduate and postgraduate students spent in a university library in Britain. They also give data about how many hours students spent in a library overall.
In general, what stands out from the charts is that most postgraduates spent more than 15 hours of their time in the library, while the majority of undergraduates spent between only 1 and 7 hours.
To begin with, even though almost two thirds of undergraduates spent 1 to 7 hours in the library, only 17 percent of postgraduates spent this amount of time in the library. Similarly, despite most postgraduates spending more than 15 hours in the library, accounting for 51%, undergraduates who spent more than 15 hours contained only 9%.
In contrast to the above-mentioned data, postgraduates and undergraduates showed almost the same records spending between 8 to 14 hours in the library, the former accounting for 32% and the latter 28%. Lastly, regarding total time spent, half of the students spent 1 to 7 hours in the library. Lastly, 35% of total students spent 8 to 14 hours in the library, while only 15% of them spent more than 15 hours.
