Overall, the most popular oil types are olive oil and canola oil.While coconut oil had the least usage in 2005, both soybean and peanut oil were unpopular in 2020.
Coconut oil was the least preferred, with 5 percentage usage in 2005 although its usage increased to 15 percentage in 2020. Canola oil was above- average usage of oils types it was 25% in 2005,15 years later it rose by 5%. The usage of all oil types changed, except for sunflower oil, which remained stable at both years with 15%.
Soybean oil and peanut oil had the same percentage in both 2005 and 2020, with their usage decreasing by 5% in 2020. The second most popular oil which was canola oil lost its popularity in 2020 by 5 %
