In summary , it is clear that many full-time students were satisfied with university services , while the reverse was true for part-time scholars.
A significant number of full-time students who took part in the survey gave positive feedbacks about the IT support. The regular students who chose the option of ,, very happy” formed 54% while as for part-time students it was in a low quantity at 20%. Regarding ,, quite happy ” option , it represented the nearly same percentage for all students. 31 % of full-time students were quite happy , while it was 35 % for part-time students.
When it comes to negative feedbacks about IT support offered to the students, nearly a half of part-time students dissatisfied with that. Conversely, the full-time students made a little number of complaints about the IT support, which stood at 15%.
