Overall, it can be seen that most of the full-time students experiences very happy with the IT support. In contrast, most of the part time-students feels not happy at all with the service.
On the one hand, just over a half full-time scholars shows high number of satisfication. Moreover, 21% students quite happy with the support and the least opinions is not happy at all with 15%.
On the other hand, most of the working students endures dissatisfication of the IT service at about 45%. In addition, many students also experiences less happy with 35%. Lastly, the minority of the scholars (a fifth) encounters very happy of the assistance.
In summary, the full-time students experiences happier satisfication than working student. While part-time scholars feels more dissatisfied of the offered IT support.
