The two data presented here illustrates how satisfied full-time and part time students are with the IT support offered by their university.
There’s a clear difference in the opinions of the students. 54% of the full-time students were very satisfied with the IT support, however, only 20% of the part-time students were very happy about the support. On the other hand, there’s a slight similarity where both students were quite happy with the IT support. The data shows, 31% of full-time student were neutrally happy with the support and 35% of the part-time students were quite happy with the supprt. There’s a massive difference in the percentage of students who were not satisfied at all with the support. 15% of the full-time students and 45% of the part-time students were not at all happy about it.
To conclude, the data shows a great difference in the opinions of full-time and part-time students with the IT support offered by the university.
