The four pie charts illustrate the satisfaction level of both undergraduates and postgraduates as regards the availability of books and online material resources in their university
Overall, while the majority of undergraduates suppose that the range of books and non-printed materials in their schools’ libraries are excellent and few find them not good, the opposite is completely true for postgraduates.
In terms of the range of books, while approximately 72% of undergraduates report very good and satisfying experiences with them, the percentage of postgraduates expressing the same level of satisfaction accounts for 50%, which is less than 12% compared to the former. Meanwhile, the proportion of undergraduates perceiving a poor experience constitutes nearly 28%, which is almost half of that of postgraduates indicating the same feedback.
As regards the other category, 68% of undergraduates being satisfied with them are recorded, and more than just one tenth of them respond negatively, contrasting with the figure from postgraduates with 62% feeling high level of satisfaction and 12% feeling very bad. Additionally, the percentage of undergraduates and postgraduates evaluating non-printed materials at the level of satisfaction both plateau between 20% and 22%
