The pie chart gives information about amount of selling new cars in Australia in three years, in1994, 2004 and 2013. Overall, Sedans was in high demand than other cars, while SUVs and “others” were less purchased in Australia in the given years.
In 1994, the number of sold cars was 42,900 in total and Sedans were most common that made up 74 % of total percentage, but the amount of Sedans slightly declined in 2004. Whereas buyers for the rest type of cars, SUVs and “others” cars, gradually increased. Particularly, starting share of buying cars was 7% in SUVs type cars in 1994, then boosted to 17%, “others” rose from 19% to 21% in 2004.
In 2013, the amount of cars consisted 85,000 totally and Sedans were widely preferred among community with the percentage of 51%. The type “others” increased dramatically with the point 32% in that year, but the SUVs car types remained stable with 17% in 2013.
