The given pie charts give information about new cars’ sales in different years, 1994, 2004 and 2013, in Australia. Overall, it is clear the sales of new car named Sedan made up a large proportion in every year, while the sales of new car named SUV and some other cars witnessed lower percentages than it, and also the total figure of car sales increased over this period in Australia.
Initially, in 1994, the total figure of sales was 42,900 and 74% of it was the car Sudan which sold. After increasing of total figure, it accounted for 71,000 in the year 2004 and 85,000 in the year 2013, and when it comes to sales of Sudan cars, its percentages were 62% and 51% respectively, showing decline in the sales.
In contrast, the figure of sales of car named SUV, indicated the lowest figure, 7% in 1994. The sales, however, increased slightly and they were the same in 2004 and 2013, showing 17%. In terms of other cars, the figure of sales was 19% in the year 1994 and it rose by 13% after 19 years.
