The same tendency is noticed in other languages, such as german, having 12% in 2009 and 10% by 2014; russian language also loses it one percent, having 9% in 2009 and 8% in 2014.
The rise is seen in spanish and italian languages. Having only 16% in 2009, spanish then expands by 8 persents by 2014. Italian language also faces a bit of a rise, having 20% in 2009 and gaining 4% by 2014.
