In averge diet, protein and carbohydrates were in the same percentage, accounting for 40%, while fat remained the smallest number at 20%. In the healthy diet, proportion of carbohydrates rose to 50%, whereas protein decreased to 30%. The figure for fat, however, remained unchanged at 20%.
Turning to the healthy diet for sport, carbohydrates represented the highest peak at 60%, which was 10 points higher than healthy diet. By contrast, fat fell slightly to 25%, while fat ecorded its lowest figure of 15%.Overall, the sports diet contained the greatest share of carbohydrates and the smallest proportion of fat among the three diets.
