The three pie chart presents the information on proportion of carbohydrates,proteins and fats in different diet.overall,in the 3 sectors of diet carbohydrates was the leading with the highest percentage,comared to the rest.Proteins was second consumed slightly while fats was the least diet consumed.
To begin with average diet,carbohydrates and proteins has same percentage of 40%.Then followed by fats which was least consumed at 20%. In health died, carbohydrates rose to 50% while proteins fell to 30 percent compared to the average diet.Fats remained the same as it was in aerage diet with 20%.
On the other hand health diet for sport, carbohydrates increased drastically to 60 % compared to the rest.proteins had notable drop while fats had 15% least percentage compared to the rest of the diets.
