The map depicts how a library changed between 2001 and 2009.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the library underwent several drastic changes, the most important of which are the addition of a broader range of genres and a special space for children.
In 2001, there was a librarian’s desk and stair on the right-hand side. They had stayed unchanged in terms of location and architecture, and two computers were installed near the stair in 2009. Eight tables were located in the central feature of the library with shelves for newspapers and pieriodicals on the right. 8 years later, these tables were replaced by 4 bigger ones, and the shelves had been designated for Films and DVDS.
Alongside the left side of the library are the shelves in both years. Concerning the first layout, the library had only 2 shelves, including self-help and history books. Six bookcases, however, were introduced for history , fiction, self-help, kitchen, economics, and a small shelf for law books. In 2009, the fiction shelf was replaced by children’s books at the bottom space of the library, with the removal of a flower pot creating more space for them to read books.
