The following process diagram is of Bricks Manufacturing Process. It contains multiple steps from digging clay, molding, drying raw bricks and cooling to delivering bricks.
Overall, It is clear that the brick making process involves digging clay by using dozer, separating sand and water from clay using metal grid and roller to separate clay from other objects. Raw bricks is made using mold or wire cutter. Row bricks are put into drying oven and then for cooling and places for packaging and finally manufactured bricks are delivered to wholesaler.
In first step dozer digs clay from ground. Second step clay, sand and water were separated using metal grid, roller takes clay to molding process. Third step bricks shapes are made using mold or automatic wire cutter then raw bricks are kept in drying oven for 24 to 48 hours to dry bricks. Bricks are heated from 200 to 1300 degree Celsius then bricks are places in cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. At the end packaging bricks is done for delivery using truck.
