The diagram illustrates how the used paper is reproduced into the new usable one.Overall, this linear process involves 4 stages starting with making pulps and ending with making paper.
To begin with, the wasted paper is collected before being packaged into a number of similar-sized containers which are then put on a miller. After that, the packed paper is soaked in a mixture of water and chemicals until it forms a soft wet, which is followed by them being purified by the filter. Once strained to separate dust from mixture, this paper is transferred to a holder which has an open tap at the bottom
The process continues with the pulp, through the connecting tap, going to a holder filled up by water and soap which is made with the air supplier, and then the ink from written paper is removed through a tube. After this cleaned substance is put in a box of chemicals and water for the final purifying process, this cleaned pulp is released directly to a conveyor belt. Finally, this wet mass is pressed by a heated rollering system to remove water and form the original rectangle shape to service for using demand.
