The total amount of macronutrients (including carbohydrates, protein, and fat) which is counted by percentage in three kinds of diets.
It can be seen that carbohydrates were the highest proportion in three types different nutrient intake. Meanwhile, the lowest share of fat was recorded in healthy diet for sport.
Regarding to average diet, it had the similar pattern between carbohydrates and protein which contributes 40% for each dietary intakes. While the remaining nutrient was 20% of fat. Followed by healthy diet, the carbohydrates which had halved percent of total amount of these dietary intake, it was recorded 50%. The other half percent are owned by 30% of protein and 20% of fat.
Likewise, 60% carbohydrates were dominated the proportion of macronutrients in healthy diet for sport. Meanwhile, the least nutrient in this type of diet was protein and fat, it was only 25% and 15%, respectively. Those least nutrient for sport diet also become the lowest among others type of diet.
