Moreover, in Healthy diet category, Carbohydrates remains at the top, maintaining its leading position in consumption with 50 percent , consuming as much as Protein and Fat combined at 30 percent and 20 percent.
Lastly, in term of Healty diet for sport, Carbohydrates accounts for the highest proportion at 60 percent among all nutrients. Meanwhile, Protein and Fat are used significantly less than the others, with Protein accounting for 25% and Fat for 15%.
