Overview, I am seeing the three type of diet such as average, healthy, healthy for sport diets. Healthy for sport and healthy diets use overweigth carbohydrates that average diet. However average diet uses more protein and fat to compare with healthy and healthy for sport diets.
To begin with, healthy and healthy for sport diets have different correction of the three type of minerals. In the healthy diet, 50% of carbohydrates, meanwhile in the healthy diet for sport this 60%. However, in the healthy diet has 30% of protein, when in the healthy for sport is 25%. In the healthy diet we need to has healing effect, due to in this type of diet has more carbohydrates than other minerals. The average is balance ahead of all.
