Overall, it is clear that much of the budget was obtained from the national government in 2017 and 2018, and a little of the budget came from other sources, like grants. We can also see that the most money was spent on salaries, and that building and transport received equal amount of money in 2017 and 2018. In contrast, the least money was spent on technology.
