The illustration presents data on the amount of nutrients in three different types of diet.
Overall, as it is shown in the charts, the proportion of carbohydrates is significantly higher compared to proteins and fats. Conversely, fats makes up the smallest part of the three nutrients. In comparison, shares that proteins account for contrast slightly than that of fats.
Now, turning to the details, it could be noticed that both carbohydrates and protein constitute the same percentage (40%) of an average diet, whereas fat constitutes only half of their shares. By contrast, the distribution of nutrients in a healthy diet varies a bit, showing the domination of carbohydrates. Specifically, it comprises the half of the segment, while the protein and the fat together make up the other half, accounting for 30% and 20%, respectively.
As for the other group, healthy diet for sport includes 16% of the fat which is a quarter of the carbohydrates, the same as the protein which comprises the quarter of the total share.
