The number of Memphis Museum visitors was increased to 21,000 people, from 68,000 people before the refurbishment to 89,000 the year after the refurbishment. The survey of the satisfaction from the visitors who visited the museum, also gave a big responses. During the year before the refurbishment, the number of the respondents who voted “Bad” was dropped from 42,9 percents to 12,2 percents. In contrast, the number of the respons who voted “Very Good” was rocketed from 13,2 percents to 30,6 percents.
From that, it makes a conclusion that after the renovation, The Memphis Museum makes a good revolution to become the nicest museum from the year before. And also, from the survey experienced, the museum became a good place
